When you connect with a member of our friendly admissions team at AMFM Mental Health Treatment, we’ll guide you through an initial clinical assessment. This assessment can then be used to build a personalized treatment plan, customized to meet your specific mental health needs.Â
Though treatment plans vary by person, the clients at our facility on Arcola Trail can expect to attend at least three clinical groups per day, covering a range of topics. Group sessions may include holistic modalities like somatic healing, creative writing, or life skills groups.Â
Additionally, at this residential facility in Stillwater, attendees meet with their individual therapists twice a week, engaging in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or accelerated resolution therapy (ART). Clients at this inpatient facility will also meet with case managers and a psychiatrist once a week.
Residential treatment centers (RTCs), also known as inpatient treatment, offer clients 24/7 clinical support at a live-in facility. With AMFM Mental Health Treatment, these programs are the highest level of care available, where individuals typically reside for 30 to 90 days, participating in structured clinical groups and therapeutic modalities to dramatically improve daily functioning and coping skills.Â
These individuals also attend supervised outings into the local community for immersive experiences and holistic wellness. Upon completion of an RTC program, clients at our Stillwater facility may choose to step down to either an intensive outpatient program (IOP) or a partial hospitalization program (PHP) at another facility, easing the transition back to daily life.
