After an initial assessment with a member of our friendly admissions team, we will have a better understanding of your particular mental health treatment needs. As a result, we’ll construct a personalized treatment plan for your time at our residential facility on Peony Drive. Though the specifics will vary, the days will likely consist of a combination of group and individual therapy, made up of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and specialized group sessions. In the case of trauma-specific client needs, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy may also be incorporated into individual therapy sessions. Outside of the daily groups and specialized therapy, days may also consist of fitness groups, somatic therapy or yoga sessions, art therapy, and more. At our residential level of care, women residing at our facility in Fallbrook are met with 24/7 clinical care and support–you or your loved one will be in good hands.
Our women’s residential treatment center in Fallbrook offers inpatient clinical care that addresses depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns with 24/7 live-in support. Women at this facility can expect the highest level of compassionate clinical support and a comprehensive treatment plan that combines evidence–based therapies with holistic treatment modalities. Inpatient residential programming enables you or your loved one to devote your time focused on your mental health and wellness in a structured and supervised environment. Though only residential care is available here, intensive outpatient programming (IOP) or partial hospitalization programming (PHP) may be available through AMFM Mental Health Treatment at another location as a step-down after your inpatient stay is completed.

When planning your stay, you can expect that nearly all of your personal needs will be met. If you’re a smoker or vaper, please note that smoking and vaping are permitted only in dedicated outdoor areas during non-programming times, and that any products you bring with you must be closed and sealed. Nicotine lozenges and nicotine patches can be provided for smoking cessation.

This AMFM Mental Health Treatment location is a full-time inpatient residential mental health treatment center that offers treatment for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
Outside of the standard recreational activities, the clients go on weekly outings to experience the local area. These activities include visiting the Fallbrook Olive Oil estate grounds, the Fallbrook Airpark walking paths, local citrus farms, and the Monserate Mountain easy lookout trails.
Meals are provided by the house chef and 2 sous chefs. Dietary accommodations can be made for those with gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or diabetic dietary restrictions.
On-site family group sessions are available Sundays 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and out-of-town family members can attend virtually during those sessions.
