Customized Treatment Plans at Our Hugo Residential

After you or your loved one completes our insurance verification process, you’ll be walked through a clinical assessment with a member of our friendly admissions team. This clinical assessment is foundational for building a personalized treatment plan that meets your particular mental health needs.

While treatment plans vary by person depending upon those needs and particular mental health conditions, there are some elements of treatment at our residential facility in Hugo that any client can expect as a part of their stay. You or your loved one can expect three or more clinical groups per day, in addition to individual therapy sessions twice each week, covering topics like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or accelerated resolution therapy (ART).

Additionally, at this facility, clients have access to psychiatric support and compassionate case management, as well as holistic therapies like creative writing and weekly yoga.

Residential treatment, which is also sometimes referred to as inpatient mental health treatment, is the highest level of care available with AMFM Mental Health Treatment. Residential treatment for mental health offers 24/7 clinical support, where clients live and sleep on-site, with meals provided by a personal chef.

Clients in residential treatment, particularly in our eight-bed facility in Hugo, can expect a safe, nurturing environment, designed with natural light and a modern interior to foster healing and personal development, while simultaneously bringing together a community of peers.

Upon completion of a residential stay, clients may elect to step down a level of care to intensive outpatient programming (IOP) or partial hospitalization programming (PHP). These programs can support you or your loved one as you transition back to daily life.

Because mental health services are not a one-size-fits-all solution, our qualified team of professionals is equipped and trained across a number of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
