Kristian Le, LMFT is the Clinical Director for AMFM Healthcare’s adult residential program in San Diego, CA. With a passion for providing top-notch care, she leads a dedicated clinical team to ensure that every client receives outstanding support while actively promoting best practices in therapy and treatment. Kristian obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and subsequently earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She then achieved her credential as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
With years of diverse experience in the mental health field, Kristian is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care. Her background includes research and direct work with individuals managing chronic illnesses alongside mental health disorders, as well as offering therapy and resources to underserved community members. Furthermore, she has substantial experience supporting clients facing severe mental health challenges, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and suicidality.
During her tenure at AMFM, Kristian has embraced various roles, consistently excelling in her responsibilities while taking the initiative to enhance training, maintain quality control, and conduct audits of documentation. Her unwavering commitment to excellence paved the way for her promotion to Clinical Director. Kristian remains dedicated to her professional growth, pursuing additional training in EMDR, LEAP training, Wellbriety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Clinical Trauma Professional practices, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in the field. With her extensive experience and education, Kristian brings a unique blend of expertise and passion that guarantees clients seeking help and safety at AMFM receive the highest quality of treatment.
