Sharkeam Holley is a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse services. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, teenagers, adults, and the geriatric community. I’ve been passionate about my work and deeply committed to the well-being of the individuals I serve. My skills include crisis intervention, group facilitation, case management, and medication administration. I take pride in being a strong communicator and an effective team leader, always striving to improve client outcomes in both residential and community settings. My current journey has started at AMFM as a Client Counselor (CC) and, through dedication and hard work, have advanced to my current role as Residential Supervisor. In this position, I continue to foster a supportive, client-centered environment while mentoring staff and ensuring the highest standards of care.
