Sasha Siima

Sasha Siima is the Residential Supervisor at Rose House, where she brings a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their paths to recovery and personal growth. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sasha Siima is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, combining a passion for mental health with a focus on effective leadership and team development. Before joining AMFM Healthcare, Sasha Siima gained extensive experience in the behavioral health field, working as a Clinical and Behavioral Technician in hospital settings and later as a Team Lead and HR Assistant at a crisis center. These roles strengthened her understanding of both the clinical and organizational sides of care, fostering a compassionate yet structured approach to helping others. As a Residential Supervisor, Sasha Siima strives to create an environment where both clients and staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. She finds the greatest fulfillment in witnessing clients’ progress and celebrating each step forward in their journeys toward stability, confidence, and wellness.
