Olivia Bystrom, BS, serves as a Clinical Case Manager for AMFM Mental Health Treatment. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University, she originally began her career as a Client Coordinator, quickly realizing her passion for client advocacy before transitioning into Case Management. She believes that quality mental health care is rooted in compassion, open communication, dignity, and trust.
Prioritizing a client-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, Olivia partners with clients to ensure they feel valued and empowered throughout the recovery process. Outside of work, you’ll typically find her in the crowd at a local concert, combing the racks at the thrift store, or playing Roller Derby. In the future, she plans to attend graduate school and continue her career as a licensed therapist.
