Jon Forsberg, MA, LPCC, serves as a Primary Therapist II for AMFM Mental Health Treatment. He earned his Master of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis and is certified in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Jon has experience working with individuals facing mood disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

Jon’s counseling style is person-centered, collaborative, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. His goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Outside of work, Jon enjoys hiking, biking, astronomy, gardening, playing classical guitar, and spending time with his dog, Pepper, and his cat, Sebastian.
