James Johnson is a multi-certified fitness /wellness coach and holistic nutritionist. Working in the wellness industry for over 30 yeas has given James the insight to execute and implement exercise programs that are effective for clients to feel their best. While living in Los Angeles, he has had the privelege to work alongside an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist designing post rehabilitative exercises for sports related injuries. James is current in his certifaciations with NASM,ISSA, AFPA, ACE and PESI. In 2024, James became certifed as a holistic nutritionist, giving him insight on how to implement nutrition programs to help with mental wellness. James works with select chef’s at AMFM collaberating on the creation of nutrient dense meals. He works with the clients on educating them on how to prepare and incorporate healthy meals into thier diets aiding in their recovery. Prior to working in the mental health field for the last three years at AMFM and Mission Connection, James worked at a prestigious university training the faculty, students, staff and atheletes. He is also certified as a senior fitness specialist and womens fitness specialist. His passion is giving clients the education, tools and thriving skills to live a happier, healthier life. James is currently in the process of getting certified as a drug and alcohol councelor (CADC1).
