Dr. William Dodge, MD-MMM, FACEP, FAAEM, is the chief medical officer at AMFM Healthcare, where he is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of medical care across the organization’s mental health treatment programs. A seasoned emergency physician and clinical leader, Dr. Dodge brings a steady, disciplined approach to overseeing complex care environments and supporting client safety at every level.

With extensive experience in emergency and military medicine, Dr. Dodge has developed a reputation for clinical precision and calm leadership in high-pressure situations. His background in cardiovascular emergencies, echocardiography, and point-of-care diagnostics allows him to effectively guide medical decision-making within behavioral health settings, where clients often present with both physical and mental health needs.

Dr. Dodge has served as an emergency physician at Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach and has performed clinical work at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. His advanced training includes a fellowship at Stanford University and a residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. He also completed training as a Navy flight surgeon and served in the Marine Corps aviation wing, receiving multiple commendations for his service.

He earned a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California and holds a medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
