David Munce is the chief operating officer and a founding member of AMFM Healthcare. Since 2015, David has directed and managed program services across the organization, overseeing the development and expansion of its core service lines: A Mission for Michael (adult residential), Mission Prep (adolescent residential), and Mission Connection (intensive outpatient program). His leadership has been instrumental in scaling AMFM Healthcare’s reach while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical integrity, individualized care, and ethical standards.
With more than fifteen years of experience in the behavioral health and recovery field, David brings a unique combination of personal insight and professional expertise to his role. He has held key leadership positions across admissions, program development, and operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and the systems required to support long-term recovery.
