Elisabeth Baer is an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor and group facilitator, with a focus on guiding individuals toward mental health and addiction recovery. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, as well as a certification in somatic trauma therapy, both of which will enable her to showcase her dedication and skill in helping others. Through her work, Elisabeth facilitates group sessions that incorporate yoga, mindfulness, somatic experiencing and meditation to promote mind-body healing. Her passion for her work is evident in her desire to create a safe and calming environment for clients to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques, ultimately improving their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. She is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in others’ lives and to demonstrate her genuine care for those she works with. Her extensive knowledge in her field and ability to connect with clients creates an inviting atmosphere that encourages engagement and support.
