Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps individuals understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors. It is commonly used to treat a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on helping individuals manage emotions and improve relationships. Combining cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, DBT teaches skills in distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. This structured approach is particularly effective for those with borderline personality disorder and other complex mental health issues, promoting healthier coping mechanisms and fostering long-term emotional stability.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is designed to help individuals overcome trauma-related disorders. By addressing the way traumatic events are perceived and processed, CPT helps patients challenge and modify unhelpful beliefs. Through structured sessions, individuals learn to develop healthier thinking patterns, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and improve overall mental well-being. This evidence-based approach is particularly effective for those recovering from traumatic experiences, facilitating lasting emotional healing and resilience.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty about them. ACT focuses on six core processes: acceptance, cognitive defusion, being present, self-as-context, values, and committed action. By promoting psychological flexibility, ACT empowers individuals to live in alignment with their values and improve overall mental health. This approach is effective for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, fostering a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Music therapy uses the power of music to aid healing. Through activities like listening, songwriting, and playing instruments, patients can express emotions, reduce stress, and improve mental well-being. Guided by trained therapists, this approach helps alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, contributing to holistic recovery.
Wellbriety focuses on holistic healing by integrating Native American spiritual principles with modern therapy. This approach emphasizes sobriety and wellness through cultural practices, such as talking circles, ceremonies, and the Medicine Wheel. By fostering a sense of community and cultural identity, Wellbriety helps individuals achieve mental, emotional, and spiritual balance, supporting long-term recovery and overall well-being.
Integrative holistic care combines conventional therapies with complementary practices to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This approach includes a mix of psychotherapy, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and alternative treatments like acupuncture and yoga. By treating the individual as a whole, integrative holistic care aims to enhance overall well-being, promote balance, and support lasting mental health recovery.
