The best word to describe Scott would be exemplar. He is a relentlessly harding working, highly motivated, extremely creative teammate and leader that has discovered the strongest fuel is the love for others. Over the past 2 years, he has proven to be the best CC and house manager in the AMFM adult residential program, and has now moved on to case manager to work more directly with clients, and use his excellence to directly care for their needs. Scott believes in eclectic approaches often using art, exercise, nutrition, and disciplined habits to accomplish goals. Mental illness has been officially targeted by Scott, and should make itself ready for waves increasingly effective assaults.
