Jessica Ryann is a Registered Nurse and seasoned healthcare professional with over 27 years of experience, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Director of Nursing with a focus on psychiatric and behavioral medicine for the past decade. Her extensive background includes roles in the operating room, trauma, and emergency department, as well as psychiatric nursing across outpatient, acute inpatient, and correctional mental health settings. She has held leadership positions at institutions such as Loma Linda University Health, St. Joseph Hospital, Metropolitan State Hospital, College Hospital and various private psychiatric facilities. Jessica is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Nursing Association (ANA), the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), and the International Society of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses (ISPN). Her leadership expertise spans patient safety, nursing operations, system development, and educational curriculum.
