Her extensive background includes roles in the operating room, trauma, and emergency department, as well as psychiatric nursing across outpatient, acute inpatient, and correctional mental health settings. She has held leadership positions at institutions such as Loma Linda University Health, St. Joseph Hospital, Metropolitan State Hospital, College Hospital and various private psychiatric facilities.
Jessica is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Nursing Association (ANA), the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), and the International Society of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses (ISPN). Her leadership expertise spans patient safety, nursing operations, system development, and educational curriculum.
