Maya Garcia is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through their challenges. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University with an AMFT, where she cultivated her passion for helping others. Maya began her career with a practicum at St Paul’s high school, gaining valuable experience working with adolescents in an educational setting. She then transitioned to a Aurora Charter Oaks Psychiatric Hospital, where she further developed her skills in providing compassionate care to those in crisis. Currently, she serves as a therapist at AMFM, where she continues her mission to promote healing and resilience. Known for her hard-working nature, passion for mental health, and caring approach, Maya strives to create a supportive environment for her clients. She believes in the power of empathy and connection, working diligently to help individuals navigate their journeys toward wellness. In her free time, Maya enjoys exploring new hobbies and spending time with loved ones, always seeking opportunities to grow and learn.
