Currently serving as the Clinical Director at A Mission for Michael Healthcare in the Orange County Region, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge from his diverse roles across California and New York.
A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Eric has dedicated his career to providing client-centered services to vulnerable populations. Before his current role, he honed his clinical skills and supervisory expertise as a crisis assessment team clinician and supervisor, mental health consultant for NYC, supervisor for at home and field based community-based clinical programs in the Bronx, OC contracted psychotherapist, and supervisor and clinical program manager for an OC full service partnership program.
Eric’s clinical expertise is rooted in a client-centered and strengths-based approach, enhanced by extensive training in crisis response, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). His commitment to mental health is evident in his leadership and the compassionate care he inspires in his teams.”
