LEAD CASE MANAGER
Sarah is a substance use disorder certified counselor (SUDCC) and serves as the Lead Case Manager. She has been working in the substance use disorder field for six years with the last two working in primary mental health with AMFM. Sarah enjoys working with this population as it allows her to utilize the skills she has developed such as compassion, empathy, and advocacy with her clients. She strongly believes working together as a partner with the client brings about long-lasting positive changes in their lives.
