Ashley (she/her) came to the AMFM with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. Ashley started her career as a client coordinator, and her leadership qualities quickly drew her to leadership roles. Ashley enjoys working with clients daily, leading the client coordinator team, and fell in love with the operational side of mental health care. Ashley has a strong desire to help people and works to provide exceptional quality of care through creating a warm and therapeutic client experience from the moment clients walk in the door. Ashley works to create a culture and environment that is sustainable for clients to heal and has an unyielding desire to truly make a difference in the lives of others.
