Nicole Kirksey

Nicole Kirksey is a Clinical Case Manager at AMFM Healthcare. Nicole holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University Long Beach. Nicole is currently enrolled in a Master of Social Work program at Walden university, and is on track to obtain liscensure as an ACSW. Nicole has worked in the field of mental health for over 9 years and has experience working with vulnerable populations including children on the spectrum and adults with mental health disorders. Nicole is passionate about the population she serves and strives to provide compassionate care to each client. Nicole is well versed in case management, making sure that clients have an exceptional aftercare plan that is focused on fostering success upon reentering the community. Nicole excels in facilitating group therapy focused on effective coping skills, regulating uncomfortable emotions, and attaining set goals in order to accomplish tasks that each client is dedicated to achieving. Nicole’s skill set allows her to assist with completing FMLA and disability documents, attending to legal needs, and working towards employment and educational goals for continuity of care.
