Ian Baer

Ian Baer is a CCAPP Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC II) with a focus on dual diagnoses, as well as a certified Intervention Specialist (IS). Ian currently serves as a Group Facilitator for the Orange County, CA region. Ian’s Groups include Addiction Education, Codependency Counseling, Anger Management, Boundaries, Self-Esteem, and Healthy Communication. Prior to his role at AMFM, Ian has worked in the clinical field for 13 years, with various roles ranging from Case Management to Family Interventions. Ian is a motivator, communicator, listener, and client advocate with inherent conflict resolution abilities. Ian helps clients meet and achieve challenging goals and is a firm advocate of a strong after-care plan, while understanding and maintaining a working knowledge of 12-step programs and corresponding literature.
