Alex Vernon is a Clinical Case Manager at AMFM. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and is awaiting board approval as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Alex has worked in mental health for the last 9 years and brings experience working with multiple population including as risk youth, unhoused pregnant mothers, foster children, and military, police, and fire personnel with PTSD. At AMFM, Alex specializes in facilitating group therapy sessions with a focus on trauma, post traumatic growth, and somatic experience. Alex collaborates with clients on aftercare planning, working with client on finding the next step, disability paperwork submittal, and any legal needs.
