Weiching Chan

Wayne Chan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in CA and WA who has been serving as Clinical Supervisor for A Mission for Michael Healthcare Orange and San Diego Counties since 2023. His passion for supporting and mentoring new clinicians working towards BBS licensure has allowed him to build a successful clinical training program at AMFM. Wayne brings a wealth of direct care and leadership experience working in community based mental health services over the past 2 decades. Prior to joining AMFM Healthcare, Wayne provided SAMHSA funded services to consumers with severe and persistent mentally illness through the County of Orange Health Care Agency for many years. With a focus on mental health and co-occurring substance abuse treatment, Wayne was able to provide support, guidance, and leadership while working in multidisciplinary teams in providing client-centered strength-based care.
