Michielle Garcia is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in child and family therapy. She graduated from California Baptist University in 2012 and began her career at Rosemary’s Children’s Services, where she initially served as a medication nurse before transitioning into a therapist role at one of the organization’s residential houses. Following her time at Rosemary’s, Michielle joined BBK, a private practice where she provided children’s therapy, specializing in play therapy and incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. Her commitment to holistic care also led her to offer family and couples therapy, emphasizing the importance of relational dynamics in mental health. For several years, Michielle worked with the County of Orange Health Care Agency as a Children’s Crisis Assessment and Treatment (CAT) therapist, where she provided critical support to children and families in crisis. Currently, she serves as a weekend therapist at AMFM, continuing her mission to support those in need.
