Charlotte Nteireho is the Fitness Group Facilitator for the AMFM Residential Program in Virginia. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, with additional group certifications from Gold’s Gym and Les Mills with additional certifications in specialized programming for seniors and pain reduction. Fitness is more than an activity for Charlotte, it’s a way of life and a way to empower others to stay connected to their inner drive. As an alumni of Carnegie Mellon University, Charlotte is committed to embodying the school motto “My Heart is in the Work.
