Christina is the Executive Director of A Mission for Michael in San Juan Capistrano, CA, leading Orange County Adult Mental Health services since January 2023. With over 15 years in mental health, she excels in policy formulation and clinical staff supervision as the Clinical Director. Christina began her career in 2008 as a residential technician at Catholic Charities group homes and has advanced through roles such as Program Director, Operations Director, Case Manager, direct care staff, and street outreach liaison.

She is adept at developing critical metrics, establishing program policies, and ensuring compliance through audits. Christina holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from National University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri.

Her clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic-based therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Christina focuses on a strength-based approach, emphasizing personalized care, and is pivotal in assessments and crisis response, fostering resilience within couples and families.
