In this online course, participants will be educated on Polyvagal Theory, and be provided with simple and practical somatic tools from modalities such as Somatic ExperiencingⓇ and Psychodramatic BodyworkⓇ that can help clients feel safe and grounded enough to engage and stay in treatment.
