New for 2015 at A Mission for Michael is Chef Charlie’s Health and Wellness Kitchen. 

Chef Charlie has upgraded his style of cooking with a varied menu featuring natural food, fresh lean proteins, homemade soups and salad dressings.

Chef Charlie’s meals are balanced, low in salt and sugar, using Agave nectar or honey whenever possible.

Entrees feature lean proteins, dominated by fresh fruits and vegetables.  Whole grains, beans and seeds complete the palate with the use of quinoa, brown and wild rice and whole wheat pasta.

Chef Charlie states that in his kitchen he serves 80% plant based cuisine with fruit based desserts to promote healing and the practice of eating healthy, real foods.
